Amy's Frito's Pie

 Frito's Sliced up Romaine Lettuce Diced up Vine Ripen Tomatoes Grated cheddar cheese Diced onion diced jalapenos Ranch Dressing Homemade Chili (see my recipe on my list of recipes) Place chips in the bowl add chili and top with the rest of topping's. My kids like gold fish crackers in the bottom of their bowl instead of Frito's.

Chili

Reduced recipe: 1 lb ground turkey salt & pepper 2 large onion 4 large garlic minced 1 28oz Can Crushed Tomatoes 2 26oz can dark kidney beans with juice (do not not drain) 2 cups of ketchup 1 oz of chili powder or a half of a 2 oz bottle 10 fresh bay leaf's wash before adding to chili. Fry together turkey, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Mix in tomatoes and beans. Pour ketchup, chili powder and bay leaf into crock pot then pour in the fried turkey, beans, and tomatoes, stir well. Cook in the crock pot for 4 to 5 hours on high. Pie Crust Cookies

 Every wonder what to do with leftover pie crust. Well, my kids love these pie crust cookies, I make. Just roll out the left over dough spread some butter across it and add sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts if you have them. Bake until crust is cooked to your liking.

Cream Cheese Pie Crust

Cream Cheese Cream Cheese Crust  4 cups flour 2 cup unsalted butter 8 oz of cream cheese 1 cup ice cold water 1/2 tsp salt Butter In a bowl mix together ingredients with a hand mixer until it becomes sticky and smooth. Place in a Ziploc bag and place in the fridge for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour then roll crust just like any pie crust.
