A tip on brown sugar.

Does your brown sugar ever get hard before you can use all of it? Here is a little tip from my grandma Pam. Place a slice of bread in your bag of brown sugar twist off the bag and let it sit a few hours. When you come back your brown sugar will be just as soft as the day you bought it, make sure to toss the used bread when your sugar is soft again. Amy :)

Onetouch Chopper

Image
Onetouch chopper's are a great gift for any mom. I use mine to cut onion's, carrot's, celery, nut's, pickles, or even to make my own bread crumbs. I have even minced garlic in my chopper, and they wash up nice in the dish washer. I love my handy dandy chopper, it saves me a lot of time when I am cooking. I have seen these chopper's in pretty much any store that sells cooking supplies. I got mine at Wal-mart for $10.00 and I have seen them has high as $20.00. Maybe consider a chopper this year for the cook in your life.
