  Turkey Sausage & Chicken Stew Recipe By: Amy Taylor 4 (5oz) Boneless skinless chicken breast diced 15 Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links (90/10) sliced 14 red potato diced 3 sticks of Celery diced 1 ½ Cup Frozen Peas 4 Cloves of Garlic minced 24 Baby Carrots diced 1 medium onion diced 2 Tbls fresh Italian parsley chopped 5 Tbls Chicken granules instant bouillon 32oz All Natural Unsalted chicken stock 1 ½ tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Pepper 2 Bay Leaf's 3 to 6 Cups of water 1. To a large pot add, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. 2. Add chicken stock, 3 cups of water, and instant bouillon, bring to a boil on medium heat. 3. In the meantime, in a small pot cook your diced chicken and turkey sausage in boiling water for 10 minutes drain and add to stew. 4.  Apricot Mango Chicken Recipe By: Amy Taylor 1 (12oz) Can Apple Passion Mango Juice (Do not mix with water) 2 Jars of Smucker's Apricot Preserve 1 medium Onion Chopped 4 Cloves of Garlic Minced Salt & Pepper ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley ½ Cup white wine 1 whole Chicken 4 to 5lbs 2 Tbls Safflower oil 1. Wash chicken inside and out and place in crock-pot brush the top and sides with 2 tablespoons of safflower oil. 2. In a bowl whisk together juice and preserves, then whisk in the rest of ingredients. 3. Pour half of mixture over chicken about half way up the chicken. 4. Strain off the rest of the liquids from the ingredients and place the remaining chunks of garlic, apricot's, onion, parsley over the top of the chicken. 5. Place lid on crock-pot and cook on high for about 4 hours. 6. Before cooking Triple Berry Pie Recipe By: Amy Taylor 2 Cups Fresh Blackberries 2 Cups Fresh Raspberries 2 Cups Fresh Sliced Strawberries 1 Large lemon zested 1 Tbls pure Vanilla 1 ½ cups sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch 3 Tbls Butter 1. Wash berries, combined in a bowl then set aside to make pie crust. Once your pie crust is in the pan roll out your top crust then set it aside. 2. Pour in all the remaining ingredients to your berries, then pour into crust. You do not want to mix your berries first and let them sit with the sugar because your berries will become too juicy. 3. Place 3 slices of butter onto berries. 4. Place top onto berries make slits or holes to let out steam. 5. Place pie onto a bakers sheet and cook in the oven at 350* for an hour. Note: If using disposable pie pans crust will crack when you pick up the hot pie to place on the counter. Do Not Use Frozen Berries. Swiss Cheese Chicken

Swiss Cheese Chicken Recipe By: Carolyn Harris  8 boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs ¼ cup Water 1/3 cup melted butter 2 cups (1 box) seasoned stuffing mix (like stove top chicken flavored) 8 slices Swiss cheese (you can use grated I use 1 pound of grated) 1 can cream chicken soup salt Pound Chicken breast flat, arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish place one slice of cheese over each piece of chicken. Stir soup and water together, spoon over cheese and chicken, sprinkle a few good shakes of salt on top of soup. Crush the stuffing until it becomes coarse crumbs than sprinkle over top. Evenly drizzle melted butter over the dish. Bake covered at 350* for 50-55 minutes, uncover 20 min prior to finish baking and continue cooking for remaining time. Serve with a nice big green salad. In a small muffin pan Pumpkin Bread By: Amy Taylor Step 1. In one, bowl mix together 3 2/3 Cup Flour ½ tsp. Soda 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt Step 2. In a second bowl blend together on medium high until fluffy 1 1/3 cup Sugar ¾ cup Butter Crisco or Olive oil (I like olive oil) Step 3. Blend eggs into butter Crisco and sugar mixture 4 Eggs add one at a time Step 4.
