Honeydukes Chocolate frogs & box

Here is our version of the chocolate frogs from Harry Potter. 1 Large Bag of Milk Chocolate Chips or 2 regular size 1 Large jar of jet-puffed Marshmallow creme 1 box (8oz) Cream cheese Green food coloring 2 to 3 frog molds with at least 8 frogs on the mold. Baker's Paint brush Cupcake Liners 1. melt the chocolate by putting the chocolate in a glass bowl then put the bowl over a pan of boiling water. Leave the over the pan until the chocolate becomes smooth. (If the chocolate hardens while making the frogs heat it back up over the boiling water.) 2. In a bowl combined marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and food coloring mix together well. 3. Take a small amount of chocolate and place it in a frog, then take a baker's paint brush and spread the chocolate coating the entire frog making sure you get every crack. Baked Salmon Patties

Baked Salmon Patties 3 Cans of Pink Salmon do not drain (take bones out optional)  6 slices of 100% whole wheat bread turned into bread crumbs 1 large onion diced finally 2 cloves of garlic minced 8 egg yokes Kosher salt and fresh crushed pepper to taste 4 lemons sliced into wedges In a large bowl combined salmon, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, egg yokes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and then form into patties. Place on a well greased baker’s sheet. Preheat oven to 375* Cook patties for 20 minutes then take out flip re-spraying the baker’s sheet cook on the other side for 6 to 8 more minutes. Place lemon wedges around the salmon patties giving them a chance to cook. Serve with dill sauce.

Roasted Spicy Asparagus

Roasted Spicy Asparagus 2 pounds of fresh Asparagus Sea Salt 2 Tablespoons of olive oil 1 to 2 tsp red pepper flakes Wash asparagus, and take off the ends (to take off ends lightly bend asparagus until it snaps). In a bowl combined the asparagus, sea salt, olive oil, and pepper flakes, spread out onto a bakers sheet and cook in a preheated oven of 400* for 10 minutes.  

Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes

Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes 2 pounds of baby red potatoes 1 whole head of Garlic-roasted Sea Salt & Pepper 1 small onion chopped small Olive oil 4 to 5 fresh rosemary sprigs 3 Tablespoons Maille Dijon Traditional Mustard 4 & ½ tsp Aceto Balsamico (Balsamic Vinegar) Step 1: Peel garlic and place all the cloves in parchment paper or tin foil fold and cover place on a bakers sheet and cook in the oven at 400* for about 20 minutes or until garlic turns a medium brown. Pull from the oven and place in a bowl mix in onion, oil, salt and pepper. Step 2: Wash off potatoes and cut in half put into the bowl with garlic and toss them through. Spread potatoes onto a bakers sheet and add rosemary sprigs on the top and cook in a preheated 450* oven for 15 minutes.  Step 3: While the potatoes cook in the same bowl combine balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard. Veggie Frittata

Veggie Frittata 1 Zucchini grated 8 egg whites 3 large whole eggs 1 diced vine ripen tomato ¼ cup finally diced Green Onion ½ cup grated Swiss cheese 2 Tablespoons of water Sea Salt & Pepper Step1:  Grate Zucchini and dice the tomato by slicing off a top gutting the tomato with a spoon then lay it out and slice it into strips and then into squares. Then cut up green onions. Step2:  In a bowl combine egg whites and the three whole eggs, water, sea salt, and pepper whisk well. Step3:  In a glass pie plate layer your ingredients, 1 st : Zucchini 2 nd : Green onion 3 rd : Diced tomato 4 th : Swiss cheese 5 th : Pour egg mixture over the layers of veggies Step4: In a preheated oven of 350* bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. 

Pomegranate Bison Burgers

Pomegranate Bison Burgers 1 pound of ground Bison 1 to 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 head of garlic roasted ( peel garlic and wrap in tinfoil or parchment paper place in a preheated oven and bake until medium brown ) 1 cup cooked spinach ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 1 tsp. fresh dill 4 small fresh mint leafs diced small 1 tsp. fresh oregano 1 tsp. Kosher Salt ½ tsp. fresh cracked pepper 1 to 2 Tablespoon of R.W. Knudsen Just Pomegranate Juice Step1: Take roasted garlic and mix it with olive oil, then add to a cast-iron skillet, toss in two large handfuls of spinach leafs and the pomegranate juice. (Drain off any extra liquid and add to a bowl.) Step2: In the bowl with the cooked spinach add bison, feta cheese, dill, oregano, kosher salt, pepper, and mint. Roasted Green Beans

Recipe By: Amy Taylor 2 lb bag organic Green Beans (I get mine from Sam's Club) 2lbs of Applewood Smoked Bacon 2 Heads Fresh Garlic minced 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Light Olive Oil 2 Good shakes of Sea Salt 1-6oz container of Feta Crumbled Cheese Preheat oven to 450* Step 1. Trim, wash and dry your beans Step 2. Place beans in bowl and mix in salt, garlic, and olive oil Step 3. Spread  beans out on a bakers sheet. Step 4.  Place bakers sheet in oven and cook for 15 minutes.  (you want your beans to still be a little crunchy) Step 5. On a pancake grill fry up all your bacon let cool Step 6. Cut up bacon and sprinkle on top of beans Step 7.  Sprinkle on feta cheese. Step 8. ENJOY

Dill sauce for fish

Recipe By: Amy Taylor 1 Cup. Hellmann's Mayonnaise 1 Cup. Daisy Sour Cream 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic 1/2 cucumber pealed and diced very small 3 Tablespoons fresh dill 1 Large lemon squeezed and juice added. A few good shakes of sea salt Mix together cover and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
