Dill sauce for fish

1 Cup. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 Cup. Daisy Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1/2 cucumber pealed and diced very small
3 Tablespoons fresh dill
1 Large lemon squeezed and juice added.
A few good shakes of sea salt

Mix together cover and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour.

Chicken Rolls Cost depends on how many your making and if you buy a whole or just chicken breast. $15-$25 for this dinner. ---6 Large Boneless skinless chicken breast trim fat and place in a crock-pot of water for 6 to 7 hours (I like it done this way, so chicken falls apart and I will not have to spend time dicing it.) ---1/2 Cup chopped Celery ---1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion ---Salt & Pepper to taste ---2 Tbls Olive oil ---2 to 4 Box 1/3 Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese, I used 3 ---4-6 Cans Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls or the light (but the bigger ones are easier to work with) -Place oil in pan and heat then once hot sauté salt, pepper, green onion, and celery. -Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes just enough to make it soft, then combined onion mixture to the cream cheese. -Add chicken to cheese mixture and mix (You should not have to dice the chicken if it was cooked all day in a crock-pot.) -For Crescent rolls let them sit on th...

In a small muffin pan Pumpkin Bread By: Amy Taylor Step 1. In one, bowl mix together 3 2/3 Cup Flour ½ tsp. Soda 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt Step 2. In a second bowl blend together on medium high until fluffy 1 1/3 cup Sugar ¾ cup Butter Crisco or Olive oil (I like olive oil) Step 3. Blend eggs into butter Crisco and sugar mixture 4 Eggs add one at a time Step 4. Blend pumpkin and spices into eggs 1, 29oz can of Libby’s Pumpkin Use pumpkin pie spices and shake in 6 to 9 good shakes Step 5. Combined Flour and pumpkin mixture mix well on high-speed mixer Place in desired muffin or bread pans (Spray pans) and bake at 350 until knife comes out clean, right after you take them out of the oven turn them over to take out of bread pans let them sit on the counter for a minute or two than put in Ziploc bags this helps the bread stay moist.
