1 Hamburger Patty---I start with 3-pound roll of 80/20 what I don’t use I freeze make a nice large patty.
1 red Potato diced into squares
5 to 8 Baby Carrots
A few slices of Onion Rings
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pour my homemade BBQ sauce over everything.

1 long rectangular sheet of tinfoil fold up ends than place the hamburger patty on one side, place the cut up potatoes, baby carrots, and onion over the patty sprinkle salt and pepper over the meal and than add some BBQ sauce fold foil and enclose it entirely. Bake at 350*45-60 minutes.
This recipe is enough for one person you will need to make each person their own individual pocket. Let rest a few minutes before opening.
My BBQ sauce
2 to 3 cups of ketchup
1 ½ bag of light brown sugar
½ cup water
1/3 cup chili powder
3 to 4 Tbls dry mustard
4 to 6 tsp of regular Tabasco sauce

In a large bowl, whisk ketchup, water, chili powder, dry mustard, 1 bag light brown sugar, and 4 tsp of Tabasco sauce. If it taste to hot add more brown sugar. Taste; if it lost its kick give it 2 more tsp of Tabasco sauce, if it’s to hot add more brown sugar. You should have a sweet taste with a kick of hot. Whisk well and place bowl in the microwave for five minutes take out stir, put back in for another five minutes stir, and do that until the sugar is no longer gritty and taste like it has been cooked together.
