Banana Cream pie

1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups whole milk
2 egg yokes (beaten)
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla
2 Tbls. Butter
3 ½ cups of prepared whipped dream whip
2 to 3 Firm Bananas
¼ cup finally chopped walnuts
- In a saucepan, combined flour, brown sugar then slowly whisk in the milk. Stir this often on medium heat. Cook until it is very thick and very bubbly.
- In a small bowl beat egg yokes, and gradually mix in one cup of the mixture into the egg yokes mix well and pour back into the saucepan with the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Add butter and vanilla cook on medium heat bringing the mixture back to being very thick and bubbly. (All this should take some work while stirring often and a good 30 to 45 minutes.)
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Pour pudding into a bowl and fold in one cup of prepared dream whip cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Cut up two bananas and place evenly on the bottom of a pre-baked pie crust.
- Pour pudding over the bananas and even out pudding.
- Cover pudding with the rest of the prepared dream whip and sprinkle walnuts on top.
- Cover and cool for 2 hours or just eat and enjoy.

Buy two box of dream whip
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 ½ tsp pure Vanilla
- In a mixing bowl combined 3 ½ envelopes of dream whip, milk, and vanilla.
- Mix with a hand mixer on high speed until it looks thick.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator until needed.
Pie crust for pudding

Piecrust:
2 C. flour, 1 C. Butter Crisco or 1 cup of lard, ½ C. Ice
Cold water, 1 tsp. black wal-nut flavoring, ½ tsp salt. One set of Latex Free
surgical gloves, one Ziploc bag
1. Mix together water, flavoring, and salt.
2. Put on gloves
3. In a medium size bowl mix with your hands flour, Crisco,
and liquid
4. Mix well and form into a ball, place dough into one
Ziploc bag and place in the fridge for one to two hours.
5. Roll dough onto a floured surface, roll it thick not thin
turn pie pan upside down and cut crust 1 to 1 ½ inches bigger than top of pie
pan.
6. Fold up your crust gently and place crust in pan, then
unfold the crust make it look even then take the extra length of crust and fold
it under so you can make a nice edge.
7. Take a fork and poke holes in through out the bottom and
sides.
8. Cut a peace of parchment paper a little bigger then the
pie covering the sides.
9. Place some dry beans inside the parchment paper to hold
down paper and to keep the crust from shrinking.
10. Place in a 350* oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
11. Take pie out and take off beans and paper.
12. Place back in the oven for another 20 to 25 minutes.
13. Take crust out and let it cool for 30 minutes
14. Fill your crust with your pudding and let it cool in the
refrigerator for a few hours.

| Place tinfoil into crust and bake at 350* until golden |
| fold 1 cup of dream whip whip into pudding after they have cooled |

| With cooled crust add sliced banana's and pudding |
| Smooth pudding then add more dream whip to cover pudding then add nuts |
| Finished let cool in the fridge for 1 hour then serve |
