Honeydukes Chocolate frogs & box

Here is our version of the chocolate frogs from Harry Potter.


1 Large Bag of Milk Chocolate Chips or 2 regular size
1 Large jar of jet-puffed Marshmallow creme
1 box (8oz) Cream cheese
Green food coloring
2 to 3 frog molds with at least 8 frogs on the mold.
Baker's Paint brush
Cupcake Liners



1. melt the chocolate by putting the chocolate in a glass bowl then put the bowl over a pan of boiling water. Leave the over the pan until the chocolate becomes smooth. (If the chocolate hardens while making the frogs heat it back up over the boiling water.)

2. In a bowl combined marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and food coloring mix together well.

3. Take a small amount of chocolate and place it in a frog, then take a baker's paint brush and spread the chocolate coating the entire frog making sure you get every crack. Repeat for the remaining frogs.

4. place the entire mold in the freezer, and freeze until the chocolate is hard.

5. Take out of the freezer and add a small amount of marshmallow creme inside each frog, then place the entire mold back in the freezer, until the creme is hard.

6. Take from the freezer and add another layer of chocolate spreading over the entire back closing the seem all the way around. Place back the the freezer until hard then pop them out of the molds "Carefully"

7. Place in a cupcake wrapper and place in a box's. "Children love helping to make the box and the frogs"

Chicken Rolls

Chicken Rolls Cost depends on how many your making and if you buy a whole or just chicken breast. $15-$25 for this dinner. ---6 Large Boneless skinless chicken breast trim fat and place in a crock-pot of water for 6 to 7 hours (I like it done this way, so chicken falls apart and I will not have to spend time dicing it.) ---1/2 Cup chopped Celery ---1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion ---Salt & Pepper to taste ---2 Tbls Olive oil ---2 to 4 Box 1/3 Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese, I used 3 ---4-6 Cans Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls or the light (but the bigger ones are easier to work with) -Place oil in pan and heat then once hot sauté salt, pepper, green onion, and celery. -Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes just enough to make it soft, then combined onion mixture to the cream cheese. -Add chicken to cheese mixture and mix (You should not have to dice the chicken if it was cooked all day in a crock-pot.) -For Crescent rolls let them sit on th...

Pumpkin Bread

In a small muffin pan Pumpkin Bread By: Amy Taylor Step 1. In one, bowl mix together 3 2/3 Cup Flour ½ tsp. Soda 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt Step 2. In a second bowl blend together on medium high until fluffy 1 1/3 cup Sugar ¾ cup Butter Crisco or Olive oil (I like olive oil) Step 3. Blend eggs into butter Crisco and sugar mixture 4 Eggs add one at a time Step 4. Blend pumpkin and spices into eggs 1, 29oz can of Libby’s Pumpkin Use pumpkin pie spices and shake in 6 to 9 good shakes Step 5.
