Onetouch Chopper

Onetouch chopper's are a great gift for any mom. I use mine to cut onion's, carrot's, celery, nut's, pickles, or even to make my own bread crumbs. I have even minced garlic in my chopper, and they wash up nice in the dish washer. I love my handy dandy chopper, it saves me a lot of time when I am cooking. I have seen these chopper's in pretty much any store that sells cooking supplies. I got mine at Wal-mart for $10.00 and I have seen them has high as $20.00. Maybe consider a chopper this year for the cook in your life.

1 Hamburger Patty---I start with 3-pound roll of 80/20 what I don’t use I freeze make a nice large patty. 1 red Potato diced into squares 5 to 8 Baby Carrots A few slices of Onion Rings Salt and Pepper to taste Pour my homemade BBQ sauce over everything. 1 long rectangular sheet of tinfoil fold up ends than place the hamburger patty on one side, place the cut up potatoes, baby carrots, and onion over the patty sprinkle salt and pepper over the meal and than add some BBQ sauce fold foil and enclose it entirely. Chicken Rolls Cost depends on how many your making and if you buy a whole or just chicken breast. $15-$25 for this dinner. ---6 Large Boneless skinless chicken breast trim fat and place in a crock-pot of water for 6 to 7 hours (I like it done this way, so chicken falls apart and I will not have to spend time dicing it.) ---1/2 Cup chopped Celery ---1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion ---Salt & Pepper to taste ---2 Tbls Olive oil ---2 to 4 Box 1/3 Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese, I used 3 ---4-6 Cans Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls or the light (but the bigger ones are easier to work with) -Place oil in pan and heat then once hot sauté salt, pepper, green onion, and celery. -Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes just enough to make it soft, then combined onion mixture to the cream cheese. -Add chicken to cheese mixture and mix (You should not have to dice the chicken if it was cooked all day in a crock-pot.) -For Crescent rolls let them sit on th...

In a small muffin pan Pumpkin Bread By: Amy Taylor Step 1. In one, bowl mix together 3 2/3 Cup Flour ½ tsp. Soda 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt Step 2. In a second bowl blend together on medium high until fluffy 1 1/3 cup Sugar ¾ cup Butter Crisco or Olive oil (I like olive oil) Step 3. Blend eggs into butter Crisco and sugar mixture 4 Eggs add one at a time Step 4. Blend pumpkin and spices into eggs 1, 29oz can of Libby’s Pumpkin Use pumpkin pie spices and shake in 6 to 9 good shakes Step 5.
