My Pies at the Church Country Fair

Hi everyone,

   Our church had a country fair tonight I made two of my pies to be auctioned off. I made my Triple Berry pie and my Salted Caramel Apple pie. I was so happy to see how many tickets were in the jar waiting to see who the lucky winner was going to be. Here are some photo's of our sister missionary Sister Rook who won the Salted Caramel Apple and Brother and Sister Chin who were the lucky winners of the Triple Berry Pie. We had so much fun and I am sure my pies will be enjoyed. If you would like the recipe's to these please go through my old post and you will find them.

1 Hamburger Patty---I start with 3-pound roll of 80/20 what I don’t use I freeze make a nice large patty. 1 red Potato diced into squares 5 to 8 Baby Carrots A few slices of Onion Rings Salt and Pepper to taste Pour my homemade BBQ sauce over everything. 1 long rectangular sheet of tinfoil fold up ends than place the hamburger patty on one side, place the cut up potatoes, baby carrots, and onion over the patty sprinkle salt and pepper over the meal and than add some BBQ sauce fold foil and enclose it entirely. Chicken Rolls

Chicken Rolls Cost depends on how many your making and if you buy a whole or just chicken breast. $15-$25 for this dinner. ---6 Large Boneless skinless chicken breast trim fat and place in a crock-pot of water for 6 to 7 hours (I like it done this way, so chicken falls apart and I will not have to spend time dicing it.) ---1/2 Cup chopped Celery ---1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion ---Salt & Pepper to taste ---2 Tbls Olive oil ---2 to 4 Box 1/3 Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese, I used 3 ---4-6 Cans Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls or the light (but the bigger ones are easier to work with) -Place oil in pan and heat then once hot sauté salt, pepper, green onion, and celery. -Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes just enough to make it soft, then combined onion mixture to the cream cheese. -Add chicken to cheese mixture and mix (You should not have to dice the chicken if it was cooked all day in a crock-pot.) -For Crescent rolls let them sit on th...

Pumpkin Bread

In a small muffin pan Pumpkin Bread By: Amy Taylor Step 1. In one, bowl mix together 3 2/3 Cup Flour ½ tsp. Soda 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt Step 2. In a second bowl blend together on medium high until fluffy 1 1/3 cup Sugar ¾ cup Butter Crisco or Olive oil (I like olive oil) Step 3. Blend eggs into butter Crisco and sugar mixture 4 Eggs add one at a time Step 4. Blend pumpkin and spices into eggs 1, 29oz can of Libby’s Pumpkin Use pumpkin pie spices and shake in 6 to 9 good shakes Step 5.
