Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust with Homemade Sauce

Ingredients

● 4 C. Cooked Spaghetti Squash, (Measure after you squeeze liquid from squash) use 4 large spaghetti squash
● 4 TBSP of Brown Rice Flour, or Whole Wheat Flour, or Corn Starch
● 2 Eggs Large, Beaten
● ½ C. Grated Argitoni Parmesan cheese
● 1 tsp. Salt
● 1 tsp. dry Oregano
● 1 tsp. Dry parsley
● ½ tsp. Pepper

Step 1.
Cook your squash ( I have 3 crock-pots and place 1 to 2 squash with a little water into each crock-pot letting them steam cook all day.

Step 2.
Heat Oven to 400* place oven rack to the middle.

Step 3.
Cut open cooked squash and dig out the squash place into cheese cloths and holding it over a bowl squeeze liquid from squash catching the liquid in the bowl save the liquid for soups or smoothies.

Step 4.
Make sure your now dry squash should equal 4 measuring cups of dry squash.

Step 5.
In a bowl combined dry squash, Brown Rice Flour, beaten eggs, Argitoni Parmesan cheese, salt, Oregano, Parsley, and Pepper.

Step 6.
Use two 16 inch pizza pans cover with parchment paper

Step 7.
Spray Parchment Paper

Step 8.
Separate the squash into two equal halves and spread across the parchment paper on the pizza pans to about 12 to 16 inches depending on how thick you want it.

Step 9.
Place in oven cooking crust for 30 minutes or until golden Brown

Step 10.
While crust is cooking make homemade pizza sauce see ingredients  below

Step 11.
Pull crust from oven and place homemade pizza sauce on top then top with you favorite pizza toppings.

Step 12.
Place back in the oven cooking for another 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted to your liking.

Homemade Pizza Sauce

1 20oz Can Of Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 to 2 TBSP of Sugar if Diabetic Use 1 TBSP Splenda
4 TBSP of dry mixed Italian seasoning
1 TBSP of dry Parsley
Salt and Pepper to your liking
1 2oz can of hunts tomato paste

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan on medium hi  Cook until ingredients merry together and the let simmer.

Note: you can make this ahead of time.
